BELOW IS A BREAKDOWN OF OUR CLASS TYPES IN THE SUGGESTED ORDER

Our classes are all levels and broken down into three categories - Chill, Strong & Feels.


Classes range from 20-40min and can be found in our catalogue. They can be taken independently or consecutively, combining the three part series into a single session. I recommend following the order of the class titles below. In the catalog, you'll notice there are also corresponding class numbers for each 3 part series. Each number correlates with a particular class theme. (ex. Chill #1, Strong #1, Feels #1).


The Foundation - Building Blocks is a good place to start, especially if you're new to the program or just getting back into movement. It includes the 3 class types below in a specific order, so you can build strength and form.    


  • Chill is a gentle to intermediate class that moves at a slower, chill pace. It's great for returning to the building blocks of alignment, and enabling you to move smarter.


  • Strong builds upon the preceding Chill class and involves strength based reps and endurance. This class will build heat, but incorporates stretching between sequences. As a result, there’s less need for recovery time.


  • Feels is more of a flow with periods of exploration in organic movement, while playing with flexibility and balance. It helps create space and a deeper connection with your mind and body. After you build heat in your Strong class, you're body will be more open and able to move even deeper in Feels.
